  • What services does BBT offer?
  • Services on minors
    All minors will need a parent/guardian signature on consent forms. If the minor is under the age of 16, the parent/guardian must be present during the service, per our insurance policy.
  • Refunds
    No refunds will be available on services, as the client is paying for our time and product.
  • No Show / Cancellation Policy
    Online booking only - beauty by tajah must be given 24 hour notice of cancellation. If the salon is informed of a cancellation within the 24 hour time frame of the appointment, the salon reserves the right to charge you 50% of your service price for late cancellation or decline any future appointments. If you no-show to your appointment, the salon reserves the right to charge 100% of your service or decline any future appointments.
  • Returns
    Should you need to return any products purchased from the salon or online, you will not receive a refund. All sales are nonrefundable.
  • Please note that our company has implemented strict policies.

  • Please include a note when you do the online booking
    Any Vouchers #/gift certificate # numbers with your info. Please note with all vouchers or gift certificates you have a tax and gratuity fee unless otherwise stated. The gratuity is @ 20% appropriately based on the regular Price of that service. If you let your coupon or Gift Certificate. expire we can not honor it and it will only be worth what you paid & used toward a regular priced service. So let us redeem it, then It's good for a year.
  • Appointments
    All services are provided by appointment and online booking only
  • Cancellations (Please be aware)
    We kindly request a cancellation notice of 24-48 hours in advance. In the event of last-minute cancellations or failure to show up, our late/no-show policy will be enforced. It is essential to understand that our staff members have fixed appointments and a lengthy waiting list of clients who are eager to receive our services. Therefore, it is crucial to notify us in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your appointment slot being filled by another client. It is important to emphasize that preparing for your appointment and having a staff member ready to provide the service incurs costs, regardless of whether you attend or not. Failing to provide timely notification is considered disrespectful. While this policy may not always be enforced, it serves as a guideline to ensure efficiency and fairness for all our clients and staff members.
  • Gratuity
    We charge an 20% gratuity in relation to the regular pricing on all services including those presented with coupon or on special unless otherwise stated. You are welcome to leave more. We reserve the right to deny future service to any individual who does not comply with the policies at our own discretion.
  • Gift Certificates
    Gift certificates must be presented at time of service with some form of identification. There are no refunds for gift certificates. Understand that it is up to the discretion of the owner to refund the 'purchaser of the certificate. Gifts certificates or any voucher from spa must be used within one year. You must call the spa if you'd like to re-gift any certificates.
  • How long do eyelash extensions last?
    Eyelash Exensions are attached to your naturallashes using a special adhesive. Youreyelashes are on a hair growth cycle, similar tothe hair on your head. Each cycle is about 4-6weeks, meaning in 2 or 3 weeks, you will haveabout 50% of your lashes shed, and will needto come in for a refill so we can place newextensions on your new natural lashes.   • How long does it take to put on eyelash extensions?
    A full set of eyelash extensions depending on the lash set you book for (natural/mega classic lashes, hybrid lashes, volume/mega volume lashes) can take anywhere between 1-3.5 hours. Refills every 1-4 weeks will be 30mins-1.5 hours.
  • How much are lash extensions ?
    We have variable prices for eyelashes extensions. This is because we provide different lash styles, textures, fullness, curl, colors, and lengths for lash extensions. Vist our home page and scroll down until you see services/book then click to view prices.
  • What are the eyelashes made of?
    We use eyelashes that are silk or faux mink! They are made of unique synthetic yarn fibers, which makes them soft and natural looking without having to use any animal product! Eyelash Extensions can be considered vegan and none of the products we use have been tested on animals!
  • What if I have an allergic reaction?
    If you're new to getting eyelash extensions and tend to have sensitivities to other products, we can do a test patch before lashing your whole eye! It will be a quick 15 minute appointment and you can come in for a full set in 2-3 days if everything is okay! If you do have an allergic reaction, we recommend going to see an eye doctor! They can give you more details on what to do, and if they recommend removing the lashes, we can safely remove them for you at the salon at no charge!
  • Preparing for your Lash Appointment
    • Clean lashes prior to appointment • Arrive with no makeup, especially around the eye area. Makeup can be applied after lash appointment if needed. Example: foundation, eyeshadow, lip color, and brow pencil. • No mascara/strip lashes/ heavy oily products 24/48hrs prior to appointment • If you fake tan do 18hrs prior to appointment • Do not curl eyelashes prior to appointment • Avoid caffeine the day of your appointment • Wear comfortable clothing • Use the toilet before your appointment • Turn your phone on mute and bring headphones if you wish to answer phone calls. Lash technician can not answer your phone calls.

    AVOID CONTACT WITH WATER & STEAM FOR 24-48 HOURS DO NOT PICK OR PULL LASHES AVOID RUBBING ON YOUR EYE LASH LINE SLEEP ON YOUR BACK or SLLEP WITH A SILK PILLOW CASE CLEANSE LASHES 2-3 TIMES A WEEK BRUSH LASHES DAILY SCHEDULE A REFILL EVERY 2-3 WEEKS TO MAINTAIN 50% OF LASHES AVOID OIL BASED PRODUCTS AROUND THE EYES DO NOT USE MASCARA

Infections and diseases of the skin, Wounds & Sores Any chronic, immune diseases, Heart disease, Asthma or Pacemakers Deep vein thrombosis, Varicose, Epilepsy, Inflammation of the veins, & Phlebitis Severe high blood pressure or circulation problems ULTRASONIC CAVITATION: ANYONE WITH DIABETES (TYPE 1 0R 2), UNIKIDNEY, CHRONIC KIDNEY INFECTIONS. KIDNEY FAILURE, THOSE WHO ARE ON DIALYSIS, OR HAVE ANY CONDITION IN WHICH THEIR KIDNEYS ARE COMPROMISED.
  • IS THE TREATMENT PAINFUL? IS THERE ANY DOWNTIME?
    THE TREATMENT IS 100% NON-INVASIVE AND IS PAIN FREE. THERE IS NO DOWN TIME.
  • WHAT ARE THE PRETREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS?
    Do not eat two hours before treatment. Remove any lotion from your skin before the treatment. Shave any body hair near and in the area to be treated. Do not drink caffeine or alcohol a day before, the day of and the day after treatment. Wear something comfortable like a dress or yoga pants. Suggested to drink a minimum of 1-2 liters of water the day before, as well as the day of your treatment, and day after appointment.
  • WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?
    YOU WILL SEE RESULTS IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR TREATMENT. MAXIMUM RESULTS CAN BE ACHIEVED 24-72 HOURS AFTER THE TREATMENT.
